Additional Golf Package Information 

 • The package includes unlimited golf on a per day basis at either of the two OUR LUCAYA golf courses: The Reef or The Lucayan2

• Rates do not include transfers from ship to hotel but hotel will shuttle guest from hotel to course and back to hotel before and after golf

• There is no additional charge for golf club and golf shoe rental if needed:

The clubs for rent are recent model Callaway or Cobra equipment
The golf shoes are  new Callaway golf shoes

• With daylight savings time beginning on march 8 there is plenty of time to get in one full round of golf on arrival day in Grand Bahama and at least one round on the departure day before the ship leaves

• We suggest the guest on arrival day either go directly to the course to play or drop off his or her baggage at the hotel and then proceed directly to the course to play.

T-Times

Currently the courses are not too busy so t- times are not a problem.

If the guest wants to make sure to have a time reserved they can call the course directly before they leave on their vacation and secure the time they desire.

GOLF Questions 

What are the courses like?

THE REEF is a links type course with forgiving wide fairways but each hole is different. Course is typical length from regular men’s tees but can be challenging. Keep the ball in the fairway and you can score well. Some water holes but not too much to be a pain.

The LUCAYAN is a more traditional course with tree lined fairways. The fairways are wide and forgiving but if you leave them you will be in the deep rough and maybe in the trees. Course has some length to it but has some real nice landscaping and architecture and lots of dog legs. Very green and pretty course.

What’s available in the pro shops?

They have golf balls, gloves etc but like all resorts are more expensive than buying back home in your local golf equipment store. Bring with you what you need.

Also have golf shirts, hats etc as you would expect in all pro shops

Caddies - Caddies are not regularly available but arrangements can be made if you call in advance
