You enjoy the last day in the Bahamas, check out of the hotel and cruise back to Fort Lauderdale as follows:

Departure: Freeport, Grand Bahama 5:15 pm (Gates Close 4:00pm for passengers that have stayed overnight in the Bahamas)
Arrival: Port Everglades, Fort Lauderdale 10:30 pm

Discovery offers our guests a variety of optional amenities. We provide changing facilities for all our guests but we find some people prefer to have their own private facilities; therefore, we suggest you book a cabin or suite with its own private bathroom. These are available on a first come, first serve basis. Inquire as to availability at the time you book your cruise. Rates are as follows:

  • Deluxe Cabin with One Queen Bed and Sofa: Pre-Booked $95.00 (onboard $115.00)

  • Cabin with One Full Size Bed: Pre-Booked $80.00 (onboard $100.00)

  • Outside Superior / Handicapped with Two Single Beds: Pre-Booked $70.00 (onboard $90.00)

  • Outside Standard with Two Single Beds:  Pre-Booked $65.00 (onboard $85.00)

  • Outside Standard with One Single Bed:  Pre-Booked $60.00 (onboard $80.00)

  • Inside with Two Single Beds:  Pre-Booked $55.00 (onboard $75.00)

  • Inside with One Single Bed : Pre-Booked $55.00 (onboard $75.00)

  • Inside Handicapped with One Single Bed:  Pre-Booked $55.00 (onboard $75.00)

DISCOVERY PLUS service is offered to adult travelers on Cruise 'N Stay® Vacation Packages and includes:

  • Priority embarkation and debarkation  
  • Transfers to and from your hotel.
  • Access to the exclusive Florida room onboard, with all the convenience and amenities of a private club: flat screen TV, beverage service and more....
  • Gourmet Dinner Menu in the Grand Bahama Grill on the return cruise.

Discovery Plus service is available to all guests however access to the Florida room is restricted to guests 17 years and older except when meeting to disembark the vessel.

 

Grand Bahama Grill
$24.95 per person

One of our more popular optional amenities course gourmet dinner in the Grand Bahama Grill. This award-winning dining experience may be added to your Bahamas cruise for a nominal charge per person,  is included in any Discovery Plus purchase and has been recognized by the Chaine des Rotisseurs, the most prestigious gourmet society in the world.

Please not that appropriate attire is required in the dining room, no tank tops or bathing suits.

Rates for Cruise 'N Stay® Vacations do not include Bahamian departure and harbor fees and fuel surcharge of $39 per person and do not include hotel taxes and are based upon double occupancy.

A valid passport is required for U.S. Citizens aged 16 and above to travel to or from Bahamas with Discovery Cruise Line.
