Discovery garners its seventh consecutive award

Miami, FL---Porthole Cruise Magazine announced that for the seventh consecutive year Discovery Cruise Line, the largest tour operator to Grand Bahama Island from Ft. Lauderdale, has received its Readers’ Choice Award as the “Best One-Day Cruise.”  “For passengers with as little as a day to spare, Discovery Cruise Line is a great option,” said Bill Panoff, publisher and editor-in-chief of Porthole Cruise Magazine.  “I congratulate the line on earning the Readers’ Choice Award for Best One-Day cruise,” he concluded.

According to Hanns J. Discovery sails daily from Ft. Lauderdale to Grand Bahama Island, departing at 7:45 am and arriving back at the pier at 10 pm.  Each year Discovery carries over 150,000 passengers between the two destinations.
