passengers under the age of 18 outside Florida waters. Although Discovery does
not control or manage private or public transportation at any port of call, it
understands that a sufficient number of taxi cabs or other means of public
transportation may be available dockside upon arrival for passengers who choose
not to operate their own vehicles upon debarkation. It is the passenger's
responsibility to act with due diligence when deciding whether to operate a
motor vehicle after consuming alcoholic beverages. Facilities & services are

Please note that ALL travel documents listed below including visas, passports
and alien resident cards must have an expiration date that is valid for a
minimum period of one month from date of travel.

Canadian citizens 15 years of age and under require either a Canadian passport or a Canadian citizenship
ID accompanied by another valid

All other travelers must have valid passports from their country of origin in
conjunction with a multiple entry U.S. visa and if necessary a Bahamian visa,
please check
with the Bahamian Consulate. Please be advised that non-resident students
traveling with a
US visa (F1, J1
or M1) must also
be in possession
of a valid SEVIS
form (I20 or
IAP66) for
travel.
Passengers under 18 years of age (traveling without their parents or guardian) require a notarized written parental consent
for travel
and must be
accompanied by an adult (download
form here).

cancelled the

Passengers
choosing to stay
overnight in the
Bahamas trip
will be
responsible for
additional fare
difference and

ALL CREDIT CARDS USED AS FORM OF PAYMENT MUST BE PRESENTED UPON CHECK-IN. IF
CARD IS NOT PRESENTED OR OWNER OF CREDIT CARD IS NOT SAILING, A NEW FORM OF
PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED.
Cruise 'N Stay® vacation package rates are per person,
based on double occupancy and do not include hotel taxes (except
all-inclusive hotels). Prices
may be higher on weekends and holidays. Rates, facilities and services subject to change without notice.
If booking is cancelled on the same day that booking is made - full refund
applies. Reservations cancelled or changed at least seven (7) days prior to
the day of sailing are subject to a $30 penalty and remainder of balance is
refundable. No shows, passengers denied boarding, and cancellations made
within 7 days of travel are non-refundable, but are transferable (subject to
one night hotel penalty

remainder of balance applied for new travel to be taken before Sept 4th,
2011 - Except Our Lucaya
Cruise & Stay Packages which are subject to penalty of full payment and
taxes and are also non transferable. Date
Changes for return portion of Cruise 'N Stay Packages after outward journey
has been completed will be subject to a $50 fee.
One

luggage piece
will be carried

Second luggage
piece will be
$15. Additional
pieces $25.
Minimum age for sailing is 6 months. This is a liability
insurance dictated company policy which takes into consideration the safety
and comfort of infants and their parents as well as all other guests.
Discovery understands the legality of this policy and it is not discriminatory
and does not violate any applicable laws. Discovery will not make exceptions
and does not allow for the signing of waivers or releases to make an exception
to the policy
Guests who are 24 weeks or more into their pregnancy on the date of
embarkation will not be allowed to sail. Pregnant women less than 24 weeks
must submit, prior to departure, a letter from their attending physician
certifying the gestational period and that the expecting mother is fit to
sail.
HURRICANE POLICY: Please note that in the
event of a hurricane watch or warning being posted by the National Hurricane
Center for Southeast Florida or the Northern Bahamas during the time of your
travel, you may cancel or rebook your trip without penalty. Any passengers
vacationing on the island during the posting of a hurricane watch or warning who
may wish to return from the island earlier than originally booked are welcome to
do so without penalty (based on space availability).
